Synopsis
Tamako Kitashirakawa, daughter of a mochi-shop owner in the Usagiyama Shopping District, is finishing her last year of high school with no plan beyond the family business and her baton club. Her childhood friend Mochizou Ouji, whose family runs the rival mochi shop across the street, decides to confess his feelings before leaving for university in Tokyo. Tamako, blindsided by a confession she never saw coming, spends the days that follow sorting out emotions she had never examined. This film continues the story from the Tamako Market TV series.
