Synopsis
Godou Kusanagi, a former middle-school baseball player, travels to Sardinia on an errand for his grandfather and collides with the sword-wielding knight Erica Blandelli mid-battle against the Persian war god Verethragna. When Godou manages to slay the god, he becomes the seventh Campione — a mortal god-slayer duty-bound to confront Heretic Gods who manifest in the human world. Erica attaches herself as his partner and self-appointed lover, and shrine maiden Yuri Mariya soon joins the growing entourage.
