Chaika: The Coffin Princess

Toru Acura, a former saboteur left without purpose after the war's end, encounters Chaika Trabant — a white-haired girl hauling a coffin through the mountains. Chaika claims to be the daughter of the late Emperor Arthur Gaz, whose body was divided among the Eight Heroes who killed him five years ago. She hires Toru and his adopted sister Akari to help recover the scattered remains and give her father a proper burial. As they track down each Hero, rival factions pursuing the same relics force the group into escalating confrontations across the continent.
