First-year Yuu Koito has never felt the flutter that romance is supposed to bring — turning down a classmate's confession leaves her unmoved. She is drawn to student council president Touko Nanami, who seems equally indifferent to love, until Touko suddenly confesses to Yuu. Caught off guard, Yuu agrees to help run Touko's campaign for student council president while sorting out why Touko's affection stirs something she cannot yet name.
