High school student Yuri Honjo wakes up atop a skyscraper in a world where towering buildings are linked by suspension bridges and masked figures hunt anyone they find. Armed only with a phone connection to her older brother Rika, who is trapped elsewhere in the same realm, Yuri fights to survive and reach him while uncovering why the masks drive their wearers to kill — or to force victims off the rooftops.
