Nana Hiiragi transfers to a remote island school where students with supernatural Talents train to fight the Enemies of Humanity. Cheerful and seemingly powerless, she claims her Talent is telepathy — but Nana carries no ability at all. She has been sent by the government to eliminate the Talented students one by one, using observation, manipulation, and careful planning against classmates who can wield fire, ice, and precognition.
