Synopsis
Itsuki "Ikki" Minami, the self-styled strongest kid in his East Side neighborhood, discovers that the Noyamano sisters who raised him are secretly Storm Riders — street racers who compete on motorized inline skates called Air Trecks. After strapping on a pair himself, Ikki forms his own team and enters the brutal territory battles that decide which riders control the roads and rooftops of their city.
