Synopsis
Keith Kazama Flick, a reclusive genius investigator, returns to the Royal Investigation Service in the archipelagic nation of Cremona to track Killer B, a vigilante murdering criminals in increasingly public fashion. In a parallel thread, Koku, a young man who can transform parts of his body into wings and blades, searches for his childhood friend Yuna, taken years ago by a shadowy organization called Market Maker. As Keith's cold-case obsession with his sister Erika's unsolved murder pulls him deeper, the two storylines converge around Market Maker's experiments with superhuman abilities.
