Nagara, an apathetic third-year middle-schooler, drifts through summer break until his entire class — along with their school building — is transported to an empty void between dimensions. Students begin manifesting supernatural abilities, and the group fractures into factions over how to govern themselves and whether returning home is even possible. Transfer student Nozomi pushes Nagara to care, while the detached Mizuho and the analytical Rajdhani anchor the core group navigating a chain of surreal, self-contained worlds governed by rules no one fully understands.
