Yui Hirasawa, Mio Akiyama, Ritsu Tainaka, and Tsumugi Kotobuki, the graduating seniors of Sakuragaoka High's Ho-kago Tea Time, bring junior member Azusa Nakano along on their graduation trip to London. A booking mix-up lands them an impromptu gig at a sushi restaurant, and a Japanese culture festival downtown gives them one more stage before the flight home. Between the sightseeing, the four quietly work on a farewell song for Azusa before they leave the Light Music Club behind.
