Synopsis
Before earning his hero name, a still-haired Saitama scrapes by on odd jobs in the abandoned district of Z-City, one-punching petty villains between rent crises. When a shop owner points him toward the gang occupying his apartment building, Saitama clears them out floor by floor — only for his landlady to evict him anyway, since those tenants were her real income. This OVA closes with the shop owner presenting Saitama the hand-made hero suit that would become his trademark.
