In 2065, genetically enhanced young women called Pandoras and their male partners, the Limiters, are humanity's frontline against the extradimensional Nova. Kazuya Aoi enrolls at West Genetics carrying the legacy of his late sister Kazuha, a legendary Pandora. He immediately fixates on Satellizer el Bridget, the school's strongest fighter, known as the Untouchable Queen for the violence with which she rejects any physical contact. When Kazuya's own untrained Freezing field stops her cold, he ends up at her side, drawing the hostility of rival Pandoras who had been waiting for a reason to challenge her.
