Takashi Komuro and his group of survivors from Fujimi Academy reach a small, remote island and briefly escape the zombie outbreak that has consumed mainland Japan. Their reprieve goes sideways when they accidentally cook food with hydrangea leaves, triggering vivid hallucinations across the group. This OVA was bundled with the seventh volume of the manga and serves as a standalone beach-episode side story.
