Synopsis
Ryner Lute carries the Alpha Stigma — cursed eyes that can analyze any magic but are feared across the continent as omens of destruction. His friend Sion Astal, newly crowned king of the Roland Empire, sends him on a quest to recover relics left by legendary heroes, pairing him with the deadpan swordswoman Ferris Eris as his escort. While Ryner and Ferris bicker their way across hostile borders, Sion faces conspiracies at court that threaten to turn his idealistic reign into something far darker.
