Synopsis
Mirai Onozawa, a disaffected middle-schooler, takes her younger brother Yuuki to a robot exhibition in Odaiba during summer break. While they are there, a magnitude 8.0 earthquake strikes the Kanto region, shattering the Tokyo skyline and cutting them off from their parents in Setagaya. Mari Kusakabe, a motorcycle courier and single mother, finds the siblings in the chaos and joins them on a grueling trek home through the shattered city.
