Luffy and the Straw Hats pull a drowning man from the sea: Zephyr, a former Navy admiral who now leads the Neo Marines on a mission to exterminate all pirates. Zephyr's Grand Reboot plan targets three volcanic Endpoints along the Grand Line; destroying all three would flood the New World with subterranean magma. After Zephyr's Seastone arm flattens the crew and his subordinate Ain turns Nami, Robin, Chopper, and Brook twelve years younger, Luffy must regroup and chase Zephyr across the Endpoints before the Grand Line is destroyed.
