Synopsis
Luffy and the Straw Hats pull a drowning man from the sea — Zephyr, a former Navy admiral who now leads the Neo Marines on a mission to exterminate all pirates. Zephyr's Grand Reboot plan targets three volcanic Endpoints along the Grand Line; destroying all three would flood the New World with subterranean magma. After Zephyr's Seastone arm flattens the crew and his subordinate Ain de-ages Nami, Robin, and Chopper, Luffy must regroup and chase Zephyr across the Endpoints before the Grand Line is destroyed.
