Yuva is a farmhand with no combat training when the empire drafts him into the second assault on a massive tower — a structure where a necromancer sealed the princess after assassinating the king. The Royal Guard's first attempt already failed. With a contingent of knights, Yuva ascends floor by floor through corridors deformed by dark craft, past reanimated soldiers and creatures that have taken root in the tower's depths.
