Synopsis
Illyasviel von Einzbern is an ordinary elementary school girl who loves magical girl anime — until a sentient wand called Magical Ruby abandons its owner, the mage Rin Tohsaka, and tricks Illya into becoming a real magical girl. Pressured by Rin to collect a set of dangerous Class Cards containing the power of Heroic Spirits, Illya is paired with Miyu, a stoic rival wielding the companion wand Magical Sapphire, who was similarly abandoned by Rin's rival Luviagelita Edelfelt.
