Yuuki Aito draws a serialized ecchi manga, and his fixation on women's underwear wrecks every deadline his editor Mihari Otosuna sets. His assistant Sahoto Ashisu, a serious artist working toward a serialization of her own, absorbs most of it, from the reference requests to the last-minute redraws. Short episodes keep adding new assistants, rival artists and editorial ultimatums to Aito's cramped studio.
