失格紋の最強賢者

Matthias Hildesheimer is the ancient sage Gaius reborn, having chosen reincarnation to get a magical crest built for close combat. In his new era that crest is written off as the Mark of Failure, and magic across the world has fallen to primitive levels, a decline Matthias traces to demon interference. At the Second Academy he takes on Lurie Abendroth, an enchantment specialist, and the ancient dragon Iris as allies against the demons eating away at humanity's magic.
