Synopsis
Inspector Akane Tsunemori tracks her former enforcer Shinya Kogami to the Southeast Asia Union, a war-torn state where the Sibyl System is being deployed as an experiment. Kogami has been training local resistance fighters, and Akane must decide whether to bring him in or confront the larger question of Sibyl's expansion beyond Japan.
