Every Saturday, a door in Western Restaurant Nekoya — an otherwise ordinary Tokyo eatery — opens into a fantasy world of elves, dragons, and beastmen. The Master, a second-generation chef who inherited the shop, serves omurice, curry, and other Western-style dishes to an ever-growing roster of otherworldly regulars. Among them is Aletta, a homeless demon girl who stumbles through the door and stays on as a waitress, and Kuro, a black dragon who takes human form to guard the restaurant in exchange for her weekly chicken curry.
