Synopsis
Two specials returning to the limbo high school of Angel Beats!. "Stairway to Heaven", set between episodes 4 and 5, has SSS leader Yuri launching Operation High Tension Syndrome — a week of forced over-enjoyment meant to draw Angel out and trace her path to God. "Hell's Kitchen", set between episodes 2 and 3, sends the same group on a Golden Week picnic that doubles as an all-out attempt by every member to murder every other member with traps and gadgets.
