Junpei Kousaka is severely allergic to cats, and his longtime crush Kaede Mizuno is obsessed with them. That is bad enough until he accidentally kicks the neighbourhood's Neko-Jizo statue and shatters its head. The cat god curses him to grant a hundred feline wishes or be turned into a cat himself, which his allergy would make fatal, and gives him the ability to understand cat speech so he can do the job. Stuck between demands from the family cat Nyamsus and every stray on the block, Junpei tries to keep all of it hidden from Kaede.
