Synopsis
Team 7 is dispatched to the ruined city of Roran to capture Mukade, a rogue ninja seeking to harness a buried chakra current called the Ryumyaku. When Mukade taps it, a time rift drags Naruto Uzumaki and his squad leader Yamato twenty years into the past, to a thriving Roran ruled by the young queen Sara. There they meet a Konoha-nin sent on a separate mission, Minato Namikaze, who teams up with Naruto against Mukade as he schemes from inside Sara's court. The fourth Naruto Shippuden theatrical film is a standalone time-travel adventure.
