Takatoshi Tsuda starts his second year at Ousai Academy, a former girls' school only recently gone co-ed, still the lone male voice on a student council otherwise made up of unflappable president Shino Amakusa, the casually filthy-mouthed secretary Aria Shichijou and the deadpan treasurer Suzu Hagimura. His younger sister Kotomi enrolls as a first-year and is promptly pulled into orbit around the council's classroom chatter. This second TV season picks up after the first and keeps the same anthology structure of brief skits.
