Synopsis
Takatoshi Tsuda starts his second year at Ousai Academy — a recently co-ed former girls' school — still serving as the lone male voice on a student council otherwise made up of unflappable president Shino Amakusa, the casually filthy-mouthed treasurer Aria Shichijou, and the deadpan secretary Suzu Hagimura. Takatoshi's younger sister Kotomi enrolls as a first-year and is promptly pulled into orbit around the council's classroom chatter and short-format gag rhythm. This second TV season picks up after the first and keeps the same anthology structure of brief skits.
