Synopsis
Yukiteru Amano, a friendless middle-schooler who logs every observation into his cell phone, is told by his imagined companion Deus Ex Machina that the diary will now record events from the near future. Other diary-holders soon appear, each with a phone whose entries forecast their own world, and the survivors are meant to compete for the throne of Deus. This eight-minute pilot OVA shipped with the eleventh manga volume and previews the TV series that followed in 2011.
