High-schooler Natsuki Enomoto keeps rehearsing a confession to her childhood friend and neighbor Yuu Setoguchi, only to brush it off as practice the moment he actually answers. Around them, a circle of classmates navigates first crushes, song-fueled school routines, and the small humiliations of the Confession Executive Committee; among them is Koyuki Ayase, who has his own quiet feelings for Natsuki. This feature film adapts HoneyWorks' Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai song series and serves as its first anime entry.
