デス・ビリヤード

Two men — one young, one elderly — step out of an elevator into Quindecim, a chandelier-lit bar tended by a silver-haired man named Decim who tells them they must play one round to decide their fates. The game is billiards, the cue balls hide pictures of each other's organs, and the longer they play the more they remember about how they arrived. This 25-minute short was Yuzuru Tachikawa's entry in Madhouse's Young Animator Training Project 2013 and later seeded the Death Parade TV series.
