Teppei Arima loses his parents in a traffic accident and is summoned by his estranged grandfather Isshin to become heir to the Arima Group. Preparing for the role means enrolling at the elite Shuuhou Academy. On the way there he rescues a stranded foreign girl who introduces herself as Princess Charlotte Hazelrink. At school he is presented to Sylvia van Hossen, his sharp-tongued fencing-prodigy fiancée, while his new personal maid Yuu Fujikura attends to him at the Arima estate.
