Rudeus Greyrat arrives at Ranoa University of Magic, separated from his family after the mass teleportation incident that closed Season 1. His goal is to find his mother Zenith, missing somewhere in the Begaritt Continent. On campus he crosses paths with Silent Fitz, a silver-haired bodyguard serving Princess Ariel, who turns out to be Sylphiette, displaced by the same incident. Reconnecting with a familiar face steadies him, but the trauma of his last battle has left his abilities diminished, and he has to rebuild from there.
