Synopsis
On a ruined Earth roamed by mutated Filth Monsters, humanity survives inside enormous mobile cities called Regios, defended by warriors who wield weapons named DITE through the power of Kei. Layfon Alseif transfers to the academic city of Zuellni hoping to bury a violent past and live quietly, but military student Nina Antalk spots his skill and pulls him into her 17th Platoon. As Layfon's history follows him and outside forces take an interest in Zuellni, his attempt at a fresh start unravels.
