Kaoru is an office worker married to Hajime, a hardcore otaku who makes a modest living blogging about anime, manga and games. This second season of shorts opens with the couple expecting their first child, though most episodes drop back to fill in ordinary days from before the news. Hajime's hobbies, Kaoru's patience and a wide circle of friends and in-laws keep the household comedy running.
