Akari Akaza still struggles to be noticed inside her own club, where Kyoko Toshino, Yui Funami and Chinatsu Yoshikawa spend their afternoons at Nanamori Middle School doing whatever amuses them. This second season keeps the same routine of tea, games and detours, with student council members like Ayano Sugiura pulled further into the Amusement Club's orbit. Episodes stay at the scale of a single school day, and Akari keeps trying to hold on to her place at the center of it.
