Charlotte 特別篇 強い者たち

This Charlotte special slots between the TV series' fourth and fifth episodes, following the Hoshinoumi Academy student council as it tracks down another teenager hiding an ability. Yu Otosaka and Nao Tomori investigate a girl named Iori Sekiguchi, whose mind-reading leaks the private thoughts of anyone standing near her to everyone else around. The council works to bring her in before outside researchers can exploit the power she cannot control. It is a supplementary side episode, not a standalone entry point to the series.
