Synopsis
In an authoritarian alternate postwar Japan, an elite armored police unit known as the Capital Police crushes anti-government unrest in the streets. Officer Kazuki Fuse freezes during a raid when ordered to shoot a young courier, who detonates her explosives in front of him. Reprimanded and shaken, Fuse later meets Kei Amemiya, a girl who claims to be the dead courier's sister, and the two grow close as a power struggle between rival security agencies closes around them. This is a 2000 feature film.
