The Tokise High koto club returns, grown from a single member to a full ensemble around president Takezou Kurata and prodigy player Satowa Houzuki. A disappointing showing at the Kanto regional festival leaves the group short of what it was aiming for, so Chika Kudou and the others go back to the fundamentals and chase every stage they can get. With advisor Suzuka Takinami behind them, the club sets its sights on the national competition. This second season continues directly from the first.
