Twins Yuta and Yuki Asaba, the gentle Shun Matsuoka and the sharp-tempered class representative Kaname Tsukahara have been friends since kindergarten and drift through high school together with little urgency. Their settled routine shifts when Chizuru Tachibana, a half-Japanese transfer student, joins the group and pushes his way into their friendship.
