Synopsis
After his father is transferred for work, first-year high-schooler Koutarou Satomi rents Room 106 of the run-down Corona House for a suspiciously cheap five thousand yen a month. The room turns out to be contested ground: the young ghost Sanae, the underground Earth-clan heir Kiriha, the magical girl Yurika, and the alien princess Theiamillis each claim it for their own ends and try to drive Koutarou out. Refusing to give up his cheap apartment, he ends up sharing it with all of them.
