Synopsis
In a 1999 Akihabara where maid cafés are fronts for warring crime families, seventeen-year-old Nagomi Wahira arrives bright-eyed to chase her dream of being a cheerful maid at the Oinky Doink Café. Her veteran coworker Ranko Mannen, fresh out of prison, waits tables one moment and guns down rival maids the next. As turf disputes turn lethal, Nagomi clings to her gentle ideal of the job amid the bloodshed around her.
