Seiji Sawamura is a high schooler feared as a brawler — nicknamed Mad Dog for the powerful right hand he uses in fights — and badly wishing for a girlfriend. He wakes one morning to find his right hand has become Midori Kasugano, a shy classmate who has quietly crushed on him for years and whose real body now lies in a coma at home. Stuck sharing his arm with her, Seiji has to hide the situation, get through school one-handed, and figure out what to do about the girl literally attached to him.
