The Aquatope on White Sand

Kukuru Misakino, a high schooler in Nanjō, Okinawa, helps run the small, struggling Gama Gama Aquarium, where she insists strange and wonderful things can sometimes be seen. Fūka Miyazawa, a Tokyo idol who has just walked away from her group, lands in Okinawa with no clear plan and ends up at the same aquarium. The two girls take to the place and to each other as Kukuru fights to keep Gama Gama open against the threat of closure.
