In a world where memories are stored on small chips and bodies can be swapped at will, a young man wakes in an empty room with no memory, a hole in his chest, and a locket holding a blurred photo of a girl. Helped by a man called Popo, he escapes pursuers after his rare body and is given the name Warp. He travels from planet to planet trying to recover who he is and who the girl in the locket might be.
