Behind Mochizuki General Hospital operates Black Label, a covert team of doctors and young fighters who execute the people they deem incurable "cancers" poisoning society. Arashi Mikami, raised back to health after a bombing that nearly killed him, works as the group's chief gunman alongside fellow agent Mikoto Kiba. Director Masamune Mochizuki marks each target for elimination, and Black Label moves to cut the threat out before it spreads.
