Synopsis
After the Divine Gate linked the human, heavenly, and underground worlds and threw them into chaos, the World Council restored order and the gate faded into urban legend. Aoto, a withdrawn boy branded the Parent Killer, is recruited along with the fire-user Akane and the air-user Midori into an academy that trains adapters chosen to reach the gate. Whoever reaches it can reshape the world, the past, or the future, and each candidate carries a private reason for wanting that power.
