Synopsis
Waver Velvet, the boy who fought beside Iskandar in the Fourth Holy Grail War, has grown into Lord El-Melloi II, an instructor at the Clock Tower mage academy who pays off his inherited debts by solving magical incidents across London. At his side are his enigmatic assistant Gray and his student Reines El-Melloi Archisorte.
