Haruto Kirishima leaves rural Hiroshima for Tokyo, telling his family he means to train as a cook. The real reason is Yuzuki Eba, the girl who once boarded with his family and then cut off contact after moving back to the city. He settles in near his older sister Aoi, starts at a new school, and gets to know Asuka Mishima, a neighbor who first takes him for a burglar. The Eba he runs into is not Yuzuki but her younger sister Rin.
