This OVA steps away from Ganta and Shiro to follow Senji Kiyomasa years before he becomes the Deadman known as Crow. Two years after the earthquake that sank much of Tokyo, Senji works as a police officer, using his Branch of Sin power to take down criminals. After he rescues a boy named Izuru from a gang called Goreless Peace, the gang's leader Keigo Ugachi, who wields a Branch of Sin of his own, turns on everyone Senji tried to protect.
