This bonus special revisits Misaki Ayuzawa, the strict student council president of formerly all-boys Seika High who secretly works at a maid café to help support her family. A rip in her maid outfit follows her home, where her sister Suzuna and their mother end up trying the uniform on and classmates Takumi Usui and Hinata Shintani are invited in for dinner. The light, slice-of-life episode closes with Misaki picking a name for the stray kitten Usui has taken in.
