College student Touya Fujii is dating Yuki Morikawa, a rising idol singer whose growing fame steadily pulls her away from him. As Yuki lands television interviews and chases the success of established star Rina Ogata, the time the couple can spend together shrinks, and Touya's attention begins to drift toward the other women around him. Set in the late-1980s music industry, the story traces how Yuki's career and the people orbiting it strain a relationship that once seemed settled.
